The developer is Mona Lisa at Celebration, LLC, a USA-based affiliate of Mona Lisa Hotels & Residences and Mona Lisa Group, headquartered in Aix en Provence, France. Mona Lisa Group is an international developer of condominium hotel and multi-family projects over the past fifteen years, and is currently developing several comparable projects, all in the French Alps.

The principals of Mona Lisa Group have successfully developed and/or managed over $800 million in condominium hotel, multi-family and hotel projects. Professional management of Mona Lisa at Celebration® will be offered by an affiliate of Mona Lisa Hotels & Residences.

The principals of Mona Lisa at Celebration® include: Bernard Guillem, President of Mona Lisa Hotels & Residences and The Mona Lisa Group; William Haberman, an experienced commercial real estate attorney and investment banker; and, Peter Deininger, an experienced real estate investor, developer, manager and CPA.
